Reference: Glass Week 2009 - Call for Presentations
GANA members are invited to submit an application
to this Call for Presentations for sessions held during Glass Week
2009, February 12-15, 2009, at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas,
Nevada.
The overall structure of Glass Week sessions will
be modified in 2009. For Friday, February 13, and Saturday, February
14, the presentations will highlight the Division technical and
membership meetings. On Sunday, February 15, we will have two
industry speakers: one on the State of the Glass Industry and a
second presentation on the economy specific to the glass industry.
Interested individuals/organizations must use the
attached form/format to provide a presentation scope and related
information. Topic submittals from non-GANA members are welcome but
must be sponsored by a member.
Applications must be submitted to the GANA
Headquarters no later than July 31, 2008.
Division representatives will review the
submittals and select the presentations. The individuals/companies
selected will be advised of their selection no later than
September 30, 2008. Presentation submittals not selected for
this meeting will be retained and considered for future meetings.
