GANA Fall Conference Home

Registration
Conference fees are due when registering. Enclose a check made payable to GANA for all fees or a credit card with the Reservation Form. Hotel reservations must be made through the GANA office with the hotel deposit check made payable to the Wyndham DFW Airport North.

Members $400
*Non-Members $1,000
Spouses $150
Dallas AIA or BOMA Members (Keynote Breakfast Only) $25

*Non-member companies attending a GANA meeting for the first time will receive a $600 discount. Non-members not eligible to receive the discount that join GANA prior to 60 days after the meeting will receive a $600 credit for its registration fees on membership dues.

Cancellation Policy
Meeting Cancellation: The registration fee is refundable (minus a cancellation fee of $150) if notice of cancellation is received by August 25, 2008. After this date, no refund will be issued.

Suggested Attire
Dress to the meetings will be business casual. Sport shirts and jackets are the popular attire for evening receptions. Warm to hot days (89 degrees F average) and warm evenings (69 degrees F average) are to be expected.

Meeting Notes
In order to accommodate the numerous Division meetings, some meetings have been overlapped on September 9 and 10. Please refer to the schedule of events and ensure that your company is represented in all applicable meetings.

All Division meetings are open, but may be closed for specific periods of time to Division members only.

In order to be most effective, GANA Division meetings will be run according to the schedule of events. However, should one meeting conclude early, within the Division timeframe, the next meeting may start immediately.

Room Rates
Single or Double: $159 plus 9% tax
Each additional person is $25 per person, per night.
Check-In: 3:00 p.m. Check-Out: 12:00 p.m.

Reservations
In order to confirm a room reservation, the Wyndham DFW Airport North requires a first night’s deposit. Checks and credit cards are acceptable payment. All credit cards used to guarantee will be charged immediately. The single/double room rate is $159 plus tax. All major credit cards are accepted.

Complete the Conference Registration/Hotel Reservation Form for reservations at the Wyndham DFW Airport North. Room reservations must be received prior to August 20, 2008. Reservations made after this date will be accepted based on availability. Rooms cancelled less than 5 days prior to arrival will be assessed a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.

Transportation
The hotel provides complimentary transportation to and from the DFW International Airport. In addition, the hotel is located minutes from the Grapevine Mills Mall, Bass Pro Shop, and other area attractions.
